The General Data Protection Regulation 2018 became law on 25th May. In order to comply with the regulation we need to inform you about what personal data we collect and what we do with it.


The types of data we collect

We collect and use data which may include, but is not limited to:-
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address together with basic information relating to your property. Use of our online shop facility may mean that we also take your payment card details which are used for payment for any goods or services bought. The security number is not stored.

We will normally acquire this information directly from you but if we obtained that information by way of referral from somebody else we will inform you and ask you to confirm the details are correct.
