Payment

All bookings must be agreed and payment received in full at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment is by bank transfer. No appointment is fully confirmed until the payment is received in full.

Cancellation/non attendance:

Within 24 hours of the appointment time, no refund. 

Within 48 hours of the appointment time, 50% refund less a £5.00 service fee.

A full refund or a rearranged time will be offered in the event that we cannot fulfil a fully confirmed booking.

If you need to rearrange a scheduled appointment then 24 hours notice is required.

Should you not be completely satisfied with the service please raise any issues directly with the coach at the time. No refunds can be offered once we have commenced the service.

All life coach work is carried out by an independent, affiliated coach on a sub contract basis.
