Weight Loss Personal Trainer
Weight loss – Exercise can help you in two ways:
-
Aerobic – will help you burn more calories and the more calories you burn the more you can eat and still lose weight.
-
Strength – will help you build and maintain muscle. This is really important for weight loss as the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn on a daily basis, even while you sleep!
Better sleep – Research has shown that exercise can help improve sleeping patterns as well as reduce stress. Those who exercise regularly are significantly more likely to report sleeping well on most nights than people who are not physically active.
Improved immunity – Regular exercise can help boost immunity by improving lymphatic and cardiovascular circulation and also helps flush bacteria out of your lungs and airways. This may reduce your chance of catching a cold or other illnesses that circulate around the office!
The habits you form, the mindset you develop, and the lifestyle philosophy you adopt as a result of being with your personal trainer can translate into improved overall mental, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing. With the right motivation and mindset, you can reach new heights in the workplace, deepen your relationships, and overcome any obstacles that may be holding you back. Besides being very knowledgeable on exercise, qualified personal trainers are tremendous motivators and can help give you that extra push you may need.

“Losing weight is, frankly, one of the ways that you can reduce your own risks,”
Boris Johnson
Many medics say that people should prepare to fight coronavirus like they would prepare for surgery by staying fit and healthy.
Experts at the Centre for Perioperative Care (CPOC) say a healthy diet will reduce the risk of becoming severely ill with the virus.
They say people should exercise, have alcohol-free days and quit smoking.
Such measures could make it less likely they'd be admitted to intensive care, says CPOC.
The deputy director Scarlett McNally, a consultant orthopaedic surgeon, said there has been "a lot of very important advice" on how to cut the risk of becoming infected.
But there was "little on the importance of preparing in case the virus is contracted", she added.
CPOC is encouraging people to take brisk exercise, stop smoking, maintain good nutrition and mental health and have alcohol free days to reduce their chances of becoming severely ill from the virus and over-burdening the NHS.
People are also being urged to take action on their fitness now to cut the risk of developing other health problems which could put further strain on the NHS.
